Hi Veterans,
Thank you and welcome to my another eye-opener post. I hope you all are safe and sound in health. I have been continuously thinking about the above question, even when I start to write on this topic. Trust me, to my biggest surprise, I ended up asking this question to myself many times before reaching to you.
Sure, for sure, this has made me stop and do an eye-closing session (self-brainstorming) before presenting an eye-opener article. The situations are drastically changing every day, every time and everywhere in the world. So few questions do arise, like:
- Can there be a simple answer to all such problems?
- Is it related to CoronaVirus in any way, where the future is uncertain?
Friends, I firmly believe and trust that a problem has got a solution much before than its occurrences. It requires a proper Root Cause Analysis, even better than we think. To my knowledge, change is the only constant! I firmly believe in this and work to develop solutions in and around the root cause, discovering the ground realities.
I had already quoted in my past blogs that “The big game change lies in fitting these (whether it is Human Resource or an Artificial Intelligence device or core Machine) in a particular framework and add a personal touch to all the aspects”.
Therefore, HR has a big challenge to transform itself, and the rest of others to meet the best needs of the organization and society as a whole.
