What is HR reality today? Why does it need a complete overhauling ??
HR is a very integral part of the system of any organization or institute. Generally, HR has been treated always as the Support Function and has been suffering to develop on its own; struggling to mark a big change in the current scenario.
The reasons behind this are HR and its own Managers and Teams Members.
I, therefore, personally feel that this has to be improved in all senses whether it is Human Resource or an Artificial Intelligence device or core Machine.
The big game change lies in fitting these in a particular framework and add a personal touch to all the aspects. Therefore, HR has a big challenge to transform itself, and the rest of others to meet the best needs of the organization and society as a whole.
Today the organizations are cutting on the Human Resources which are staying with them even for a longer period, completely ignoring their contributions and their loyalty, which is shameful and shows a sick mentality.
Why?
.... Only to manage cost?
Ridiculous !!! I have much better plans to meet productivity and manage the cost ...
For all, I need to help the society to retain these assets and realize mistakes only to be corrected in time so that the goodwill of the organizations can be saved from deteriorating further...

Situation can be changed by involving HR team in to business also, HR should get all reports of business & should work on it to improve productivity of employees with proper trainings , this can be possible only if HR team has complete knowledge of business. We should think how HR team can contribute to profit of company.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely agree with you. Rather I would convince the Management to make HR a Business Partner with rich KPIs and not just a "Yes"-er. You rightly said that the business must be able to understand that HR has to be involved in all the decisions including Business Development/Operations. This will make them automatically updated with the scenarios and will be able to plan their activities.

Human resource is one of the vital resource of any country, city, company. Quality and skilled employees make the company no. 1.
