Thank you and welcome to my next eye opener post.

No, this time its not on Human Resources, but its on "Being Human and on realizing value of your life before its too late".

But ....Why Today?

Friends, I was just thinking of something and it came to my mind that this is the best time to address this new topic on stress… more in detail as we are getting ready to be on-board towards our offices.

Yes, I was really amazed to see below video .... which forced me to dedicate this article to everybody, all of us including me, as I have also have similar experiences with life. But at the same time it also saddened me deeply to a large extent for common man's real worth, diminishing day by day...

Just watch the short (real) Video showing the fact of life and find what’s wrong with it.

I am sure when you compare the price of benefits v/s price paid via such risks of your life, you will find the worth of your efforts is not even half. So what makes one to risk their dear life everyday? Any suggestions ?

Ladies & Gentlemen, Are we really missing Local Trains, their Crowd in #Metros during #Lockdown?? Think again … Are we still sleeping with open eyes or dare a change.

I just started to dig in deep to find the root cause of our busy (or Business) life.

I realized that the major culprit for people loosing lives is not # CoronaVirus or #Covid19 epidemic, or any such deceases outside, but the real culprit is inside member…. "Mr. STRESS", meeting us regularly.

In my opinion, stress had been increasingly contributing to young deaths and has really paralyzed the normal life and the peaceful routines.

Who is responsible for all this ?? Please give a thought and post your answers...

OK fine. Let me be brief yet impact-full.

What is a normal / decent life according to you?

Hmmmmm…. it means that we should have decent earnings to get the basic livelihood and have a real family happiness (a real treasure) with us. Right ?

Good! Then think twice before you step out to take the same old past routine once again.

Fiends, I assure you to make a huge difference in lives by my search for facts. Its nothing else, but a real hand-shake and shake-hand with reality and facts of life, which may bind you to re-think on your present way of living your life..

I promise to myself (...since there is no possibility of my running away from myself, right? ) that I will put more light on solutions and will present more meaningful approaches in the next articles i.e., Part 2 which is going to be more interesting where I will give illustrations to make you understand easily….

What is a Real Organization? Does it require overhauling at regular intervals? If no, is it versatile?

Thank you and welcome to my another eye-opener post. I hope you all are safe and sound in health. I have been continuously thinking about the above question, even when I start to write on this topic. Trust me, to my biggest surprise, I ended up asking this question to myself many times before reaching to you.

Sure, for sure, this has made me stop and do an eye-closing session (self-brainstorming) before presenting an eye-opener article. The situations are drastically changing every day, every time and everywhere in the world. So few questions do arise, like:

- Can there be a simple answer to all such problems?

- Is it related to CoronaVirus in any way, where the future is uncertain?

Friends, I firmly believe and trust that a problem has got a solution much before than its occurrences. It requires a proper Root Cause Analysis, even better than we think. To my knowledge, change is the only constant! I firmly believe in this and work to develop solutions in and around the root cause, discovering the ground realities.

I had already quoted in my past blogs that “The big game change lies in fitting these (whether it is Human Resource or an Artificial Intelligence device or core Machine) in a particular framework and add a personal touch to all the aspects”.
Therefore, HR has a big challenge to transform itself, and the rest of others to meet the best needs of the organization and society as a whole.
