What is HR reality today? Why does it need a complete overhauling ??
HR is a very integral part of the system of any organization or institute. Generally, HR has been treated always as the Support Function and has been suffering to develop on its own; struggling to mark a big change in the current scenario.
The reasons behind this are HR and its own Managers and Teams Members.
I, therefore, personally feel that this has to be improved in all senses whether it is Human Resource or an Artificial Intelligence device or core Machine.
The big game change lies in fitting these in a particular framework and add a personal touch to all the aspects. Therefore, HR has a big challenge to transform itself, and the rest of others to meet the best needs of the organization and society as a whole.
Today the organizations are cutting on the Human Resources which are staying with them even for a longer period, completely ignoring their contributions and their loyalty, which is shameful and shows a sick mentality.
Why?
.... Only to manage cost?
Ridiculous !!! I have much better plans to meet productivity and manage the cost ...
For all, I need to help the society to retain these assets and realize mistakes only to be corrected in time so that the goodwill of the organizations can be saved from deteriorating further...
