Hi Veterans,
Thank you for the tremendous positive
response and love on my above series of articles, i.e. Part-1. I present Part-2
extended as another eye-opener post which is on "Being Human and on
realizing the value of your life before its too late".
Friends here is Part 2 with
solutions ….as I promised to throw more light on solutions and present more
meaningful approaches.
Friends, we are getting ready to be
on-board towards our offices. The major part of our daily routine remains traveling. In this connection only, in my last article, I had presented a
short (real) Video, has shown the cruel fact of life, very near to death! I am
truly concerned to a large extent for common man's real worth and society as a
whole.
Ladies & gentlemen, let me be
clarified, when I say "Local" I mean that any person from any state
& from any part of the country, but presently residing very near / near to
the employment/business/workplaces. It means that its not restricted to a
state or local residents only.
NOW LET’S TALK ABOUT THE SOLUTIONS :
1. Very sad about the event in
video, but this situation would have certainly prevented if we had remembered
the humanity, equality and … patiently & courageously waited for our turn….
Isn’t it?
2. Its great if we remind
ourselves that everybody else has similar rights to be safe and to be alive…
3. Value your life and others
equally. Did we ever imagine the value of our lives seriously? Whether it is
possible even to do so?
I am sure when you compare the price of
benefits v/s price paid via such risks of your life, you will find the worth of
your efforts is not even half. These have been made a part of solutions now.
LADIES & GENTLEMEN, ARE WE REALLY
MISSING LOCAL TRAINS, THEIR CROWD IN #METROS DURING #LOCKDOWN??
MAJOR SOLUTIONS TO AVOID THE
SUFFOCATING ROUTINES, WE CAN EASILY FOLLOW SOME OF THE MEASURES, SUCH AS:
1. Employments need to be
decentralized from urban places to scattered places which will allow local
employment and Industries get a 24-hour resources.
2. Secondly, the manpower cost
will go down almost up to 50%, as the overhead expenses will drop steeply.
Industries will get manpower at a low cost, as locals will be able to accept
employment at substantially low salaries.
3. Thirdly, for employees,
traveling costs, conveyance expenses, expenditure on food, wastage of travel
time, etc. can be easily managed. Thus, it will ultimately result in a
reduction in crowds pouring into metros every day for performing jobs/duties.
4. Forth, the major impact will be
in the lives of people as they will get rid of STRESS & expenditures due to
traveling every day and on worriedness to returning to their homes every day.
5. Fifth, very important and the
precious one according to me, that all the employers need to re-visit the
schedules to start the shifts with 1 hour delay to start with and ending
accordingly. This is to scale down the crowds in trains etc.
This means, employers will have now
more shifts/rotation timings say 8 shifts with 1-hour delay instead of limited
shifts. For factories or production industries, they may go for department-wise
or depending on the various aspects, such strength, production levels, working
hours and mainly local resources instead of one they have now such as 0700 am,
1500 hrs & 2300 hrs shifts only.
LET'S HAVE A LOOK AT THE MAJOR BENEFITS
OF ABOVE SYSTEMS IF IMPLEMENTED:
1. This will enable Railways and
Transport /various other authorities to channelize their resources, trains
frequency, rakes, automobiles, buses etc. to run at amicably beneficial
situations, where it will not happen that the trains are needed to run at peak
hours with 2-3 minutes gaps.
2. Enable avoiding peak hour
crowds, thus, results in a reduction in stress levels of everyone, resulting in
peaceful travel.
3. Proper utilization of resources
at its best, say the same number of buses will yield 10 times more revenue, if
properly planned.
4. Low cost maintenance during
break-downs, since, if there is a breakdown during peak hours now results in
complete loss of business.
5. Major benefits will be to the
traveling crowd with trains, since, if there are any break-downs, now say only
1/8 of the original crowd will be stuck in the difficult situation and yes,
further pour down of people can be saved easily by cautioning them well in
time, of the unpleasant events. This will result in people satisfaction, grow
more respect & trust in the authorities, which is currently missing.
6. In current situations, if there
is a major breakdown, the whole crowd keeps hanging at one end and expects a
pathetic return to their homes, resulting in loss of savings, mental peace, and
hardships. They go through a lot of traumas and challenge their existence at
the cost of their lives every day.
7. More so, the same situation
happens with their families even…
Do we want them to suffer like this …
again in the future?
Ladies & Gentlemen, I am more than
confident that the implementation of all the above measures will have a definite
positive impacts in economy & society at large, resulting in excellent
Quality, Health (reduction in stress), Safety & Environment (QHSE), personal
and social security, mental satisfaction, positive thinking, more efficiency
and excellent production levels. This will excel substantial growth in revenues
and also a reduction in cost and much more. Most important, yes, of course,
inflation rates will submerge substantially.
Certainly, employers in all sectors
also need to understand the new Recruitment & appointment patterns and have
to prioritize to distribute manpower according to the local human resources
(living beings) first, but not limited to local states.
Similarly, the common man / local
resources need to stress on local employment and restrain themselves from
taking big risks for their lives. I have already mentioned that the real
culprit is inside member…. "Mr. STRESS", meeting us regularly and not
#CoronaVirus or #Covid19 Pandemic, or any such diseases
outside.
Friends, I believe, the root cause of our
busy (or Business) life is the well-believed system of Modern / Posh Lifestyle
& Superior Complex adding to our stressful routines. Hence, think twice
before you step out to take
the same old past routine once again.
